Our programs are designed to enhance your curriculum & go hand-in-hand with the NJ Student Learning Standards in Science.
During an in-school field trip, students are given the opportunity to use the tools as a working scientist would use such as magnifying glasses, thermometers, graduated cylinders, scales & balances & more. Students are able to use these tools when experimenting to classify, measure, compare & hypothesize their observations. Access to these tools takes students beyond gathering data & helps to extend their senses.

Uncover the mysteries behind light and why it is both wave like and particle like. Students will make their own "stained glass" as they learn the differences betweem tranparent, translucent and opaque.

It’s all about the rainforest! We look at the different layers of the rainforest and the ecosystems they support while building your very own rainforest to keep! We also become a tribal shaman and make medicine.

When it comes to science, sometimes there's a change in plans! Have FUN as we investigate the life cycle & witness some of Mother Nature's coolest magic acts via metamorphosis. Join us as we talk about the various systems that work together to support life on earth. We go into the biosphere, the geosphere, the hydrosphere, and the atmosphere. We look at the density differences of salt and fresh water, build and aquifer and see how water is purified in the earth, look at the effect of greenhouse gasses, and see how the Coriolis Effect influences our climate & much more!
